She has over 10 years of legal experience and has worked within Canadian multi-practice law firms across different areas of law. Her background includes serving in a head of legal or in-house legal lead capacity within organizations operating across multiple entities and business structures.
This work involved advising on corporate structuring, operational legal matters, and business development decisions, as well as handling matters involving individual clients and complex legal situations.
This combination results in a practical, business-aware approach rather than purely theoretical legal advice.
